to start a summer school for entrepreneurs whom have recently graduated high school and college. This month long curriculum should also be taught to anyone wishing to open their own small business. It should also be integrated into existing companies to assist employees in becoming well-rounded individuals whom are aware of various skills and talents used to be effective leaders in business. This idea is to start a summer school for entrepreneurs whom have recently graduated high school. The school could be one month long. Every day the class would do a different entrepreneurial exercise (26 in the curriculum total). There will be lectures from key business leaders. The summer school will stress the importance of critical thinking, utilizing the 3 strengths/talents of everyone within an organization, and addressing weaknesses as well. Developing managerial styles which are effective and discussing styles of managers which are not so effective and in many situations counter-productive should also be thoroughly discussed. Exercises in de-escalation and the importance of creating dynamic relationships instead of focusing on individual concerns should be addressed. This class could be governmentally funded and franchised to cities and communities all over the nation, in order to promote the growth of small businesses and large businesses in communities. Unemployed people should receive referrals from ticket-to-work programs nationwide, which will be paid back after the unemployed candidate lands a job. If a person wants to enroll they should be required to pay $400 for the month/$125 a week if there is only one specific week they would like to attend. If they would like to attend only one day the cost would be $30 per day.
to start a curriculum called the ‘International Idea Exchange’ in order to teach people about achieving their dreams through getting involved with noteworthy global concerns Created 06/10/2009
The following are 13 topics (or half) of the 26 topics to be taught — to start a 26 topic curriculum — the International Idea Exchange — to teach people about achieving their dreams through getting involved with noteworthy global concerns. The curriculum will deal with subjects of global and individual significance such as how to create and meditate on personal mission statements to internalize success to be externalized later, how to become a book publisher or online publisher, how to become business developers and consultants for small business and large business entrepreneurs, how to realize personal attainment of dreams through mutual, interdependent cooperation with like minds— the creation of a successful focus group, how to turn writing rhymes into a lyricist career/or become a poetry publicist, understanding the importance of morality in everyday life and using it to grow spiritually and personally, using personal journals to start an idea exchange program, recreating and applying already existing ideas to your own life and business, how to use research on the internet as a tool to profile successful people and adapt their successes to your own life, how to tap into the talents of others and become the motivational vehicle that drives their continued success, the quick way to becoming a genius by understanding ‘how geniuses think,’ how to create tangible solutions from brainstorming sessions, and creating win/win situations and true partnerships among many countries by downplaying differences, and focusing on complementary strengths.
In addition, local businesses will send guest speakers/recruiters employed by different companies to speak about the core essential functions of their job and the jobs of those employed with their agency or company. The business recruiters will talk about many of the qualities of their most successful employees as these qualities relate to the essential success of their growing business. They will hand out business cards to all students of the class; and upon completion of the class students will be able to contact any employers with whom they are interested in setting up interviews. There will be 13 to 26 different employers whom come to speak to the students and distribute their business cards. This would create win/win situations and give the students many options and job possibilities as well as meeting the needs of the local expanding business owners.

I could have skipped going to college and saved $30,000 in loans if I had gone to a one month school like this upon graduating high school. :-)
