This idea is to reduce the uncertain waiting time for an interview. Works out well for interviewers/employers and job seekers alike. Jobseekers get to know instantly whether they fit in a job they applied for or can continue thier job search instead of waiting for a response. Career centers/ agents can use webex to carry out the interviews directly with the employers/HRs.
