Exercise is probably the healthiest thing that you can do and you just need to do it 90 minutes a day at a minimum. It’s a fun and easy way to stay healthy and stop obesity. So go spread the word.

Raleigh NC USAAnd why not give tax incentives to those who do this? I see lots of suggestions for providing incentives to people to lose weight or quit smoking. How about some reward for those who have already chosen healthy life styles?
