The older generations know the basic principles of business but less about technology, the web and social media. The younger generation understands all the tools but don’t understand business. Bring the generations together to get them to collaborate and work together to train one another.

lagos nigerialike the age-long parlance “the older the wine the better it becomes” the place of experience in life cannot be over emphasis.new and high tech without the intellectual and practical skills or experience is not enough to excel. therfdore the intergration of the older and younger generation will only bring about nothing but the VERY BEST.
