hire 777 phone recruiters/researchers to solicit by phone targeted individuals whom will create a mastermind group of retired business entrepreneurs and company executives with the goal of advising other younger entrepreneurs to transform small businesses Created 06/07/2009
This idea is adopted from the blitzkrieg style attack of tanks by the Germans during World War 2. It is a lightning fast 5-part task aimed at gathering successful retired entrepreneurs over the phone with researcher/phone solicitors whom will target the 25 million existing nationwide enterprises and small businesses in an effort to train existing small businesses which comprise 99 percent of our nations’ collective business. (see figures: http://www.smallbusinessnotes.com/aboutsb/sbfacts/sbnumber.html)
Owners of small businesses will be trained by Walmart and other great, large successful empires on strategies used to expand in order to become larger businesses with the goal of hiring as many of our 30,000,000 nationwide unemployed individuals as is economically feasible (as the most recent data show there are 17,000 large businesses.) The Federal Government should request that every major corporation in existence in America report prior employees whom have retired within 7 years so a large database of people to be contacted via phone for use by the 777 researchers/phone solicitors can be generated.
There will be two end goals: first to transform and expand as many smaller businesses into larger businesses as is humanly possible; next, to replace recently transformed small businesses with new entrepreneurs whom are ready to take the necessary steps to make their American Dream a new reality with planning, action, and mindful work. Recently graduated 12th graders should be targeted as possible recruits to become entrepreneurs. Also, every college should adopt a business recruting office for college students who would like to become entrepreneurs. There are 1,170 different key industries in the US economy’s private sector, which are grouped into general categories: construction, education and health services, financial activities, government, information, leisure and hospitality, manufacturing, natural resources and mining, other services, professional and business services, transportation and utilities, and wholesale and retail trade (http://www.smallbusinessnotes.com/businesses.html).

Bank loans will be necessary for these existing smaller businesses which will transform and grow into larger enterprises. Credit will be necessary for loans to new entrepreneurs. There can be no governmental picking of which businesses shall be given the opportunity to expand as all small businesses should have their eyes on expansion after one to two years of successful growth. There is a lot of room for expansion and creating competition in industry and this fact will add to self-regulation and autonomy in the economy. I hope this gives clarity on what must be done to shore up 99 percent of our American economy. This entire process should take no less than one month to implement and execute. Speed is of the essence!
The local news stations should broadcast phone numbers so unemployed citizens can call to set up interviews with any expanding and newly created businesses. This should be done twice weekly on Sunday and Wednesday nights at 7pm. so American citizens have twice a week to tune in to get necessary employer contact information. Each local news station should have a 24 hour job line set up for people to call in and hear the community employers with relevant contact information over the phone.
All High schools should be used during summer months to hold weekly job fairs on Tuesdays and also during the school year on Saturdays in the gymnasiums similar to Election Day so human resources personnel may conduct on-the-spot interviews with prospective applicants in the various communities. Each separate state in the nation should set up these job fairs and publish pamphlets of the attending corporations. These pamphlets should be mailed out to all residents of these separate states, concentrating more heavily in urban, industrial areas with larger populations, and less in rural farm areas.
Of those in the 25 million small businesses looking to transform into large businesses and the 17,000 existing large businesses all should be encouraged to go global rapidly and expand to other regions: China, India, all Muslim countries, Germany, France, Canada, Mexico, many countries in South America, many countries in Africa, Japan, Spain, and other countries. Missionaries and business owners should connect mutually with undeveloped nations and seek to rapidly advance as many undeveloped nations and provide life support to these smaller economies. These 777 phone recruiters should be government employees. They will be used again but for a different task more along the lines of research. Look for more to be added in coming days specifically relating to developing the undeveloped and underdeveloped nations.

the blitz-krieg attack taught us one thing about success — once a successful plan is outlined and executed it should be rapidly repeated to the ends of the earth. Forward momentum will create new insights during the entire process. Pray to God but hammer away!
